Mobile App Policy


  1. Introduction
  2. This Mobile App Policy governs the use of THE ONE CARD, hereafter referred to as "the App," developed and operated by Unity International Trading Co., Ltd, hereafter referred to as "the Company." By downloading, installing, or using the App, users agree to comply with this policy.
  3. Acceptable Use
    1. Users must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    2. Users must not engage in any activity that could harm the Company, other users, or third parties, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
    3. Users must not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  4. Privacy and Data Protection
    1. The Company respects user privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
    2. The App may collect and process personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Users must review and agree to the Privacy Policy before using the App.
    3. Users must not attempt to access, collect, or use the personal data of other users without their consent.
  5. Intellectual Property
    1. The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by the Company.
    2. Users must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part thereof.
    3. Users must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties while using the App.
  6. Security
    1. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their mobile devices and accounts used to access the App.
    2. Users must not share their login credentials or allow unauthorized access to their accounts.
    3. Users must report any security vulnerabilities or incidents to the Company immediately.
  7. Updates and Maintenance
    1. The Company may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time.
    2. Users are encouraged to keep the App updated to ensure optimal performance and security.
  8. Termination
    1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to the App at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
    2. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the App and delete it from their mobile devices.
  9. Changes to the Policy
    1. The Company may revise this Mobile App Policy at any time without prior notice.
    2. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the policy periodically.
