HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE ONE CARD LOYALTY PROGRAM?

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and register your profile. You will initially register as a Silver member and receive a level upgrade upon spending and accumulating points within participating brands.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and register your profile with the same phone number. You will be directly upgraded to the Gold level and can enjoy a 10% discount on regularly priced items within participating brands and other benefits.

HOW DO I GET A LEVEL UPGRADE TO GOLD MEMBER?

Spend a minimum of USD 300 within 6 months across any participating brands. Applicable for stores located in Cambodia only.

HOW DO I GET A LEVEL UPGRADE TO PLATINUM MEMBER?

Spend a minimum of USD 600 within 6 months across any participating brands. Applicable for stores located in Cambodia only. To maintain the Platinum level, a minimum spend of USD 1000 within 12 months from the date of upgrade is required.

WHAT ARE MY PRIVILEGES AS A GOLD MEMBER?

  • 10% discount on regularly priced items across all participating brands.
  • 20% Birthday Voucher during your birthday month on regularly priced items (one birthday voucher per brand).
  • Points accumulation: USD 1 spent = 1 point
  • Points redemption: accumulate 500 points to redeem a USD 15 Reward.
  • Welcome and gift points based on promotion mechanics

HOW DO I START EARNING POINTS?

To start earning points, you must be a member of THE ONE CARD Loyalty program. Download the app, register your profile, and start shopping at our participating outlets: 1 USD = 1 point.

HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?

To redeem points, you should be at least on the Gold level or Platinum Level. Visit any of our participating stores, make a purchase, and inform the cashier that you’d like to redeem your points. To redeem the points, you need to have a minimum of 500 points in your account to be converted into a USD 15 Reward.

WHAT CAN I USE MY POINTS FOR?

You can redeem your points for:

  • USD 15 Reward upon the accumulation of 500 points. Every 500 points can be redeemed for a USD 15 Reward.

HOW DO I GET MY BIRTHDAY TREAT?

You will receive a push notification informing you that your Birthday Vouchers has been credited to your account. Visit any participating stores in Cambodia during the month of your birthday and use your 20% discount vouchers (one birthday voucher per brand). The Birthday Voucher is valid for one-time use per brand during your birthday month only and cannot be used together with the 10%-member discount. The Birthday voucher is valid on regularly priced items.

CAN I ENJOY THE MEMBERSHIP 10% DISCOUNT AND COLLECT POINTS WITHOUT DOWNLOADING THE APP?

Yes, if you are already a member of any participating brands. Tell the cashier your registered phone number before payment to enjoy the discount and points collection. If you are a new member, to enjoy the discount and points collection, you should download the app, register your profile to become a Silver member, and continue shopping at participating stores to upgrade your level to Gold/Diamond.

WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, points accumulated will expire after 12 months from the date of accumulation. Expired points cannot be extended or reinstated. Example: You had a USD 250 transaction on February 14, 2023, and you accumulated 250 points from the transaction in your account. These 250 points will expire on February 14, 2024.

WILL MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Log in to THE ONE CARD Loyalty app. Go to the My Account section to update your personal information.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE AND VOUCHERS THAT I HAVE?

Log in to THE ONE CARD Loyalty app. Go to the Rewards section and check your balance.

WHAT TO DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD OR WANT TO CHANGE IT?

When logging in to THE ONE CARD Loyalty app, choose the Forget Password section and fill in the required information to update your password. We will send you an OTP code to verify the changes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PASSWORD IS DENIED or I cannot log in to my account?

If your password is denied or you have trouble logging into our account, please use the CONTACT US section and send us a comment with details such as your full name, phone number, and date of birth. We will get back to you within 5 working days.
